It is our pleasure to invite you to the 29 SMYTE (Small Meeting on Yeast Transport and Energetics) to be held this year in the City of Mérida, Mexico, on September 5-9, 2011. These meetings are characterized for bringing together researchers and students from all around the world to discuss topics related to membrane transport, energetics, environmental sensing, drug resistance and related pathways in yeasts and other experimental subjects, in a relaxed environment, sharing friendship and knowledge.
