Cancellations
Each cancellation will cause charges subject to the following policies:
- Up to August, 29th a 90%.
- From August 30th to Sept. 30th, 50% refund.
- From October 1st, no refunds.
- All cancellations have to be made by e-mail to gto2009@cinvestav.mx
- Refunds will be available 30 days after the Congress.
Child Care
The hotel offers child care in its grounds with certified teachers. Please note that the reservations should be made at least 24h before and should be made directly in hotel reception.
